Welcome to StorehousePrep. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StorehousePrep, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of a family or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

2. Description of Service

StorehousePrep is a family preparedness application that provides tools for emergency planning, supply tracking, gardening guides, medical references, family drills, community networking, and faith-based preparedness content. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Post harmful, threatening, or misleading content in community features
Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security
Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content without permission
Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
Post fraudulent listings on the marketplace

5. Community & Marketplace Guidelines

When using community features and the marketplace:

Be respectful and constructive in all interactions
Do not post content that is hateful, violent, or inappropriate
Marketplace listings must be accurate and honest
Transactions between users are conducted at your own risk
StorehousePrep is not responsible for the quality or safety of items exchanged

Important: The medical guides, first aid information, and emergency procedures provided in StorehousePrep are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider in a medical emergency. 7. Gardening & Food Information

Gardening guides, food storage recommendations, and nutritional information are provided for general educational purposes. Always verify plant identification, food safety practices, and storage guidelines with authoritative sources. StorehousePrep is not liable for any adverse effects from following gardening or food storage advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of StorehousePrep are owned by StorehousePrep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are used under fair use for educational and devotional purposes.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, inventory data, photos). By posting content in community areas, you grant StorehousePrep a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You can delete your content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorehousePrep and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to: reliance on preparedness information, community interactions, marketplace transactions, or service interruptions.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep StorehousePrep available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app includes offline functionality, but cloud features (sync, community, marketplace) require an internet connection.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the state in which StorehousePrep operates.
